Google is almost ready to unveil its Pixel 10 series, and new information suggests that it might happen sooner than thought. With the release of the Pixel 9 series in August 2024, the Pixel lineup changed. The Pixel 9 series was first shown off in October. There are now signs that the Pixel 10 may be out much sooner.
Google Pixel 10 Release Date
Google has invited members of the Pixel Superfans program to a special event in London on June 27, 2025. The invitation has pictures of a Pixel phone and watch and says there will be a “sneak preview of our upcoming devices,” but it doesn’t say anything about the Google Pixel 10. This timing fits with what Google has been doing lately, which is pushing back the release dates of its products.
The Google Pixel 10 series could be officially announced in late July or early August 2025, since the Pixel 9 series was released in August 2024, and a preview event was held in June.

The Pixel 10 is rumored to sport a 6.3-inch OLED display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a maximum brightness of 2,700 nits. This will make it easier to see in bright places.
Performance of the Tensor G5 Chipset
The Pixel 10 series will be the first to use Google’s Tensor G5 chipset, which is the first Tensor processor made with TSMC’s 3nm technology. This is a big change. We expect this transfer from Samsung’s manufacturing to enhance performance and energy efficiency.
The Tensor G5 aims to enhance AI capabilities by incorporating features such as “Video Generative ML,” “Speak-to-Tweak,” and “Sketch-to-Image.”
